Rack

Function description: The racks are used in each working process, storage and transport steel pipes. Polyurethane board or PE board (according to customer's requirement, the conventional is 15 mm) are laid on the racks, so that protect pipe outside wall anchor pattern depth after shot blasting and the PE layer after coating. It consists of two section steel, which meet the steel load-bearing requirements; and set a certain rack angle, keep around 2m space between rack columns, fix column to the foundation by using anchor bolts, and fix blocked pipes to the rack. The power of kick-offs pipe and up-down pipe is provided from hydraulic. Structure size need to adjust according to the steel pipe parameters customer provided.
