The water cooling room

Function description: The water cooling room includes framework,water pipe, spray pipes,steel window(Can be specified materials),exhaust fans and air duct,etc. To meet the FBE/3PE production requirements. Steel pipes need to go through IF heating device to heat to a specified temperature(FBE powder gelling temperature,AD/PE material for bonding temperature,to prevent the rapid contraction because of the temperature difference when extrusion).After the pipe complete winding,they go into water cooling room, the coating layer and the pipe is cooled by cooling water(The pipe’s temperature is less than 60℃ at the pipe out area). To make sure no damage happened to the PE layer during the operation.
