Function description:Inner wall shot blasting system includes hydraulic station drive trolley, transferring shot outriggers, blasting head, elevator, separator, recovery system of shot and grit, blasting former chamber, pipe rotating device(or pipe rotating trolley),blasting back chamber etc. Pipe transferred to the inner wall shot blasting section after inner wall preheated(3 ° higher than room temperature). Pipe ends sealed by the former and back chamber, pipe rotated. Hydraulic station, elevator, separator ,shot back system, belt for transferring the shot and blasting head motor turned on ,Open the drain valve and move forward the blasting head to the end of the pipe, then return to the original position.

1) Hydraulic station trolley
Function description:Hydraulic station trolley includes 110KW oil-pump system,oil cooling system,oil motor water cooling recycling system, transferring shot outriggers mounting bracket and lifting device、trolley body.Hydraulic drive trolley provide power to blasting head motor,so that the blasting head can do the high-speed roation.Not only the hydraulic drive trolley be the carrier of hydraulic station,but also the hydraulic drive trolley provide power to transferring shot outriggers to move forward and backward.

Blasting head

Function Description: Blasting head includes blasting head bracket, hydraulic motor(Bosch-Rexroth),impeller assembly, steering wheel. After the pipe ends are capped with former and back chamber, hydraulic motor is on and drive the blasting head to rotate in the high speed( Set the projectile speed according to the pipe diameter).Turn on the drain valve, after a little while ,you can hear the sound of metal crash. Then the hydraulic trolley move forward and drive the blasting head to the inner of the pipe. The rotating support on the transferring shot arm guarantee that the blasting head move forward in the axial position. Adjust the shot supplement ,projectile speed ,blasting head moving speed and rotating speed of the pipe according to the projectile sector from the blasting head.
