Pipe internal drag-reduction coating system

Function description: Internal drag-reduction coating system includes spraying trolley,spraying arm.spraying system(GRACO high pressure airless spray pump),spraying former chamber,rotating pipe device(or rotating trolley).spraying back chamber etc.After inner pipe shot blasting is qualified and finished the inspection,pipe will go to the spraying section,the pipe ends will be sealed by the former and back chamber, pipe rotated.Spraying trolley push the spray rod forward. Turn on the solenoid valve,the high-pressure air will blow into the pipe and blow away the dust and residual grit which is adsorbed on the inner pipe wall to the end of the pipe,then turn off the solenoid valve and stop blowing. Now ,Turn on the spraying pump and wait until it spray evenly, spraying trolley started backwards and spray evenly onto the pipe wall.
